Student Association of the Faculty of Science and Mathematics
The Association of Students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences (ASPMF) is a student association that has been active since 2001. It was formed by a few students whose goal was to get as many students as possible from different orientations to socialize, exchange opinions and actively work in the field of improving the quality of student life.
The objectives of the Association are:
- socializing of students;
- the struggle for student rights;
- promoting the faculty;
- students as well as the entire staff;
- spreading positive stories in order to promote good;
- human and moral values;
- helping others;
- professional development of our students.
Through their work and the range of different activities, our students and members of the Association do everything to contribute to the most efficient operation of the Association and the Faculty of Science with their work and activities. Our students interact better with professors and assistants and work together to make the faculty's work as effective as possible, making studying and student life more interesting, effective and useful, while making each student a useful member of the local community.
Our Association is adorned by teamwork, as well as the individual successes of every student and member of the Association. The very need and meaning of the existence of the Association are much greater considering the diversity of the leadership of the Association of Students of the Faculty of Science since its leadership includes extremely diligent and reliable students who come from five different departments of our faculty.
Activities carried out by the Association of Students of the Faculty of Science and Mathematics are:
- humanitarian actions;
- organization of trips and excursions;
- organization of webinars;
- educational workshops;
- general knowledge competitions and quizzes;
- actions of voluntary blood donation;
- faculty promotion;
- the fight for student rights.
